Answers to the common things, and a real person for everything else.
Email mack@thepilatesuniversity.com and we will reply directly — usually within one business day. Include the email address on your account so we can find it. You can also use the contact form.
Your account works the same on the website and in the iOS app. If you cannot sign in, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us — we can see whether it was delivered.
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app or the website. You do not need to email us to do it.
This cancels any active membership billing immediately and erases your profile, posts, comments, saved details and notification settings. Workshops and events you have already paid for stay on the roster without your name attached, because we still need an accurate headcount and payment record for something that was sold. Deletion cannot be undone.
Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. To cancel without deleting your account, email mack@thepilatesuniversity.com or use the cancellation request in your member area.
Memberships cannot be purchased inside the iOS app. If you are reading this in the app and want to subscribe, open thepilatesuniversity.com in Safari.
The app can notify you about messages from other members, live sessions starting, and booking confirmations. If you declined the permission prompt and want to turn notifications back on, iOS only allows that from Settings → The Pilates University → Notifications.
The app loads the live site, so it updates the moment we publish something — there is usually no app update to install. If a screen looks stale, close the app fully and reopen it. If it persists, email us with a screenshot.
Every member profile and post has a report control, and you can block any member from their profile — a blocked member disappears from your directory and cannot reach you. We review reports and act on them. If something needs urgent attention, email mack@thepilatesuniversity.com directly.
For questions about a workshop you have booked, a certification term, or a studio event — including transfers and refunds — email mack@thepilatesuniversity.com with the name of the program and the email you booked under.
