The Mat Pilates Certification is a 150-hour, 4-module program designed to take you from passionate mover to confident, skilled instructor. Rooted in classical Pilates methodology with a modern approach to teaching and cueing.

Curriculum
Module 1
History of Pilates & Movement Foundations
Jan 9–10

Origins of the Pilates method, anatomy fundamentals, movement principles and body mechanics.

Module 2
Classical Mat Pilates Repertoire
Jan 16–17, 30–31

Full classical mat syllabus from beginner through advanced, learned in the order it was intended by Joseph Pilates, so you deeply understand the logic and sequence behind the method.

Module 3
Mat Teaching Lab
Feb 6–7, 20–21

Hands-on teaching practice where you teach partners, small groups, and larger classes. You'll receive direct feedback on your teaching, develop cueing and class planning techniques, and learn how to work with special populations.

Module 4
Mat Pilates Sculpt
Feb 27–28

Learn how to plan contemporary mat classes for the modern studio using props. We cover creative programming, equipment integration, and your final teaching assessment.
